Cryptologic Cyber Planner Level 2

US Citizens only. Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
• Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
• Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat.
• Initiate communications with external support partners.
• Conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
• Utilize experience with operational planning.
• Effectively communicate requirements.
• Lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of relevant experience and a Doctoral degree, three (3) years of relevant experience and a Master's degree, five (5) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, seven (7) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or nine (9) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field preferred, but degree in any field is acceptable.
• Relevant experience must be related to customer mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations).
• External engagement experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
• Strong cyber background.

Pay

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (includes base salary and other indirect financial components designed to support total well-being). Determination of official compensation relies on factors such as position level, job complexity, geographic location, candidate’s relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, and organizational requirements.
