IntelliGenesis is seeking a cyber operations planner to support mission-focused campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
- Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools, and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
- Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat.
- Initiate communications with external support partners.
- Conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
- Utilize experience with operational planning and strong cyber background.
- Effectively communicate requirements.
- Lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required.
- US Citizenship required.
- One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Doctoral degree and four (4) years of relevant experience,
- Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience,
- Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience,
- Associate's degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or related field preferred, but any degree is acceptable.
- Relevant experience must be related to customer mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations).
- External engagement experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred.
Pay
Compensation range: $54,000 – $120,000. Ranges encompass total compensation package and are a general guideline only. Determination of official compensation relies on factors including position level, job complexity, geographic location, candidate’s experience, education, certifications, and organizational requirements.
