Analyze financial data related to cryptocurrencies to support investigations, identify illicit activities, interpret data patterns, and evaluate tools used by criminal organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data related to cryptocurrencies to support investigations and identify illicit activities
• Interpret data patterns and evaluate tools used by criminal organizations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop threat assessments
• Draft trend analysis reports
• Train personnel on cryptocurrency threat detection
• Coordinate with vendors and working groups to enhance cryptocurrency threat detection capabilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or policy planning
• Expertise in anti-money laundering (AML), blockchain investigations, and cryptocurrency transfer methods
• U.S. citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to obtain CBP suitability
• Capable of occasional physical movement within office settings

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FinCEN data
