Qualifications

• Level 1: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Level 2: Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience
• Level 3: Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• Level 4: Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 13 years of relevant experience
