About the role
Cryptanalytic Computer Scientists are needed to fuse engineering expertise with cryptographic analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate mathematical models, methods, and techniques for cryptanalysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to apply cryptographic principles to engineering challenges.
- Evaluate and optimize high-performance computing systems for cryptographic tasks.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience in a field clearly related to the position.
- Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least one programming course and four upper-level math courses (Calculus and above) required.
Qualifications
Clear preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and contribute to the advancement of cryptographic theory and practice.
Skills

- Experience with cryptography, algorithms, and computational methods.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
