Responsibilities
- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Apply expertise in computer science, mathematics, and engineering to design, develop, and evaluate algorithms and techniques for solving complex cryptographic and security-related problems
- Work on high-performance computing projects to optimize cryptographic processes and address security challenges across diverse computing environments
- Design, develop, and evaluate algorithms and techniques for solving complex cryptographic and security-related problems
- Create and utilize mathematical models and methods to study cryptographic systems, analyze vulnerabilities, and develop solutions to secure sensitive information
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
The ideal candidate will create and utilize mathematical models and methods to study cryptographic systems, analyze vulnerabilities, and develop solutions to secure sensitive information.
Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $119,000–$132,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
