Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist- New Jersey

What Impact You Can Make as a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist

Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive institutional adoption of the cryo nerve block procedure.

Responsibilities

• Support during surgical procedures where company pain‑management devices are utilized.
• Train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain‑management devices.
• Provide guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures, including operation of company technology.
• Follow up with surgeons and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent experience.
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired.
• Experience working in an operating room or hospital setting (industry or clinical) preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel 40‑60% of the time, dependent upon territory.
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes.

Compensation

Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus/commission (final salary determined by experience, education, and skills). New Jersey pay range: $70,000 — $125,000 USD.
