Responsibilities
- Reconcile cruise-focused specialist tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
- Coordinate and document role-specific tasks with status tracking, maintaining clarity in cruise-focused execution.
- Review reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all cruise-focused tasks are up-to-date and traceable.
- Document processes and generate reports to support cruise-focused workflows, ensuring compliance and issue escalation.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring cruise-focused tasks meet operational standards.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
