Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or reservation handling
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of cruise industry terminology and practices
