About the role

As a Cruise Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and bookings through various channels including phone, email, and social media. You will also handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings for cruise reservations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or reservation handling
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of cruise industry terminology and practices
