Cruise Booking Specialist- (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to guests to understand their needs and provide them with the best options available.
- Sell cruises and upsell add-on services/products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations.
- Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting how they can derive maximum value from our offerings.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery for all products and services, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Take ownership of metrics and outcomes, embracing accountability for your performance.
Requirements
- 6 months experience in the cruise industry
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is required
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Openness to training and development opportunities
