About the role
The Crude Clay Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of clay workers, ensuring production schedules are met, and managing inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clay production line
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage team performance and provide feedback
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
