CRSS Success Program Instructor

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate CRSS curriculum and exam preparation
• Provide academic support and coaching to students
• Track progress and maintain required documentation
• Create engaging, trauma-informed classroom experiences
• Collaborate with team members to support student success
• Travel locally to deliver in-person instruction

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred (Human Services field)
• CRSS, CRPS, or CADC required
• 2+ years experience in recovery support, mental health, or substance use
• Teaching or facilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout Chicagoland

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• Valid ID and ability to pass background checks
• Must meet driving requirements if applicable

Pay

$60,000 per year
