We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. Pyramid Healthcare's Recovery Support Services Division is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist Supervisor. Certified Recovery Specialists' role is to support others in recovery from substance use disorder. The Recovery Specialist Supervisor will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. Pyramid Healthcare does offer Center of Excellence Services (specific to Opioid Use Disorder) and traditional Certified Recovery Specialist services. Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30pm (shift can vary based on individual served needs) Essential Duties And Responsibilities Supervises CRS and provides feedback on their performance.Orients and Trains new staff to RSS program as well as facility programsAssists with Interviewing and Hiring Certified Recovery Support staff.Assists with employee disciplinary actions.Develops employee schedule and schedules their trainings as needed.Conducts employee performance evaluations.Assists with interventions with clients.Follows objectives of recovery plans.Identify emergency or crisis situations and facilitate access to appropriate resources, negotiating and connecting individuals with resources and navigating the systemsConduct self in an ethical manner by adhering to the Pennsylvania Certification Board standards of practice.Maintain confidentiality regarding information received during the facilitation of recovery support services. maintain current understanding of federal, state and local confidentiality rules and regulations.Attends weekly staff meetings, leadership meetings, region meetings, and any facility meetings as requested.Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Provide training and day-to-day guidance to the CRS team Required Qualifications Licensure, Education, & Experience Current Certification through Pennsylvania Certification Board for Certified Recovery SpecialistHigh diploma or equivalent 1 year of work supervisory experience or 2 years related work experience in a drug & alcohol treatment settingPrefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
