About the Bank
Crown Agents Bank is a London-based wholesale transaction bank provider focused on supporting entities in emerging economies. The bank specializes in international payments, cash management, cross-border pensions, and payroll. Its sister company, Crown Agents Investment Management (CAIM), provides investment management services. There is no shared ownership between Crown Agents Bank and the international development company Crown Agents Ltd since its acquisition in 2016.
About the Role
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the bank’s digital transformation to enhance customer experience, grow transaction volumes, and improve operational efficiency and compliance. Your role will focus on leveraging technology to align and enhance operational processes, client due-diligence, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Drive the bank’s technology initiatives and programs to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and implement a long-term technology roadmap to deliver digital processes and solutions for stakeholders and customers.
- Enhance operational efficiency through digitalization, improving connectivity within and across borders.
- Strengthen client due-diligence and risk management using technology.
- Expand commercial and central bank clients’ secure access to global markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing technology transformation programs for high-volume growth.
- Background in leading digital initiatives within the financial or transaction banking sector.
