Responsibilities
- Conduct trials, appeals & non-contested hearings in the magistrates’ & Crown Court
- Provide verbal & written advocacy in prosecutions, presenting cases clearly to help deliver justice for victims of crime
Requirements
- Qualified barristers & solicitors with a valid practising certificate for England & Wales
- Hold Higher Rights of Audience
- Completed a Legal Practice Course or Bar Vocational Course
- Have the relevant pupillage or period of recognised training
