Cross-Shop Assistant Manager (Glastonbury & South Windsor)

Level up with us! As an Assistant Manager, you'll vibe with Shop Managers to keep the shops running, hype up the team, and make every guest's day unforgettable. This is hands-on leadership in a fun, values-driven space with real growth and unlimited ice cream.

Responsibilities

• Back up Shop Managers in daily shop operations
• Coach, hype, and support scoopers and shift leads
• Keep guest experiences legendary
• Help hit shop goals, support community events, and grow the team
• Float between South Windsor & Glastonbury to keep both shops lit

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (food/retail preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Reliability, positivity, and accountability
• Big “ready-to-grow” energy

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour (including tips)
