About the role
This role operates within Intel's manufacturing organization, focusing on ensuring high-quality, reliable, and efficient manufacturing processes. By maintaining world-class operational standards, the team supports Intel's broader mission of delivering industry-leading technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with nonfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
- Congduct dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and reassembling of equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or drawings.
- Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Cookordinate with suppliers for service and repairs as needed.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to implement improvements and address tool/module-related issues.
- Document system failures, update existing specifications, and create new specifications to support overall equipment maintenance and performance.
- Collaborate with Module Engineering to conduct experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, and support data collection activities.
- Support factory ramp efforts by working with module engineering and construction teams to ensure tool installations and conversions align with designs.
Qualifications
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND +8 months of experience
- Technical certification or related OR military technical experience OR Associate degree STEM Related to semi. Mfg.(MET)/STEM (operator) no experience required
- Experience listed above should include:
- Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Equipment calibration and preventative maintenance.
- Data analysis tools for performance monitoring and improvement.

Shift Hours
Employees working Shift 6 start their shift at 7:00 PM and finish at 7:30AM. Alternating Work Weeks: Alternating 3-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri) and 4-Day Work Week (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat).
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND +8 months of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
Pay
Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $51,710.00 - 73,010.00 USD (Hourly Role)
