Cross Dock Nights

As a Cross Dock team member, you will use an electric pallet jack to load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of a warehouse facility, ensuring smooth flow of pallets from the staging area to the correct doors and maintaining load quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
• Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors.
• Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of the warehouse facility.
• Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality.
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Work Environment

• Continually standing, walking, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, and carpet.
• Frequently lifting product weighing between 1–60 lbs. or more.
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box-cutting tools.
• Grocery (Dry Goods) environment—about 50°–90°.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

• 3rd Shift – Full-time
• 6:30 PM start time until work is complete
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
