CRNA — W2 with Benefits, Up to $299K Base Compensation plus Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of anesthesiologists
- Administer epidural anesthesia
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Manage pain management protocols
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Two years experience as CRNA including epidurals
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Department of Regulatory Agencies or Kansas Licensure) Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists; recertification every two years
- BLS certification at time of hire
- ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months of hire
Qualifications

Pay
Pay range varies based on years of experience:
- 0-3 years: $214,314 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive
- 3-10 years: $230,357 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive
- >10 years: $230,357 plus $25K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive

- 9 weeks Paid Time Away for >10 years of experience

- Student Loan Reimbursement: $5K paid at completion of years 1, 2, 3 for a total of $15,000
