CRNA — $315K Base Compensation with 17 Weeks Off plus $25K Bonus
About the role
This position offers an ASC-only practice environment with a reliable weekday schedule and a case mix that includes orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, general surgery and a growing total joint program. With no hospital call responsibilities, this role provides the stability and balance many clinicians are seeking without sacrificing clinical engagement or quality.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for anesthesia care in an ambulatory setting
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case conferences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Michigan
- At least 3 years of experience in an ambulatory surgical setting
- Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams
- Experience with various anesthesia modalities including regional, local, and monitored anesthesia care
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
