CRNA — $315K Base Compensation with 17 Weeks Off plus $25K Bonus

About the role

This position offers an ASC-only practice environment with a reliable weekday schedule and a case mix that includes orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, general surgery and a growing total joint program. With no hospital call responsibilities, this role provides the stability and balance many clinicians are seeking without sacrificing clinical engagement or quality.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for anesthesia care in an ambulatory setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative care
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case conferences
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Michigan
• At least 3 years of experience in an ambulatory surgical setting
• Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams
• Experience with various anesthesia modalities including regional, local, and monitored anesthesia care

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
