About the role
The Guthrie Clinic is seeking exceptional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Choose from multiple settings including Level I trauma and community hospital services.
- Support a wide variety of hospital surgical services within the full scope of the CRNA skillset.
- Offer practice opportunities ranging from Level I trauma to the community hospital setting.
- Practice at Robert Packer Hospital (Sayre, PA), Guthrie Corning Hospital (Corning, NY), and Guthrie Cortland Medical Center (Cortland, NY).
- Engage in teaching opportunities with SRNAs and receive mentorship from senior staff.
- Work in safe communities with strong family values and close proximity to the beautiful Finger Lakes Region.
Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA.
- Active New York State license.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize professional and personal needs.
- Passionate about providing high-quality anesthesia care.

- Annual base compensation range: $291,200 - $332,800 with rapid advancement and yearly increases for new graduates.
- Average starting bonus of up to $100K with a 3-year commitment.
