CRNA Program Clinical Coordinator
About the role
The CRNA Program Clinical Coordinator is responsible for managing graduate student clinical and residency experiences while providing administrative support to the program director and faculty. This role ensures the seamless operation of the CRNA program by managing complex clinical placements, maintaining academic and clinical records, processing CRNA-program-related departmental budgets, and coordinating program schedules. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, apply advanced critical thinking, and handle confidential and sensitive student and personnel information.
Responsibilities
- Manage graduate student clinical and residency experiences
- Provide administrative support to the program director and faculty
- Manage complex clinical placements
- Maintain academic and clinical records
- Process CRNA-program-related departmental budgets
- Coordinate program schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and computer platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google/G-Suite, and Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in academic settings, specifically with CRNA or nursing graduate programs
- Clinical coordination experience
- Experience with event planning, coordination and managing CRNA program-related departmental budgets using budgeting software

Pay
The annual salary for this position starts at $50,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications.
