About the role

Meritus Medical Center, in partnership with Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS), is seeking CRNAs to join their expanding 1099 PRN provider team in Hagerstown, Maryland. The fully staffed anesthesia team is expanding coverage opportunities across both Meritus Medical Center and their growing ASC network.

Responsibilities

• Work as much or as little as your schedule allows.
• Available scheduling opportunities may include: 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Select 16-hour shifts, Opportunities to pick up 24-hour shifts, Weekday coverage, Night coverage, Weekend coverage, PTO coverage, Hospital shifts, ASC shifts.

Requirements

Established Anesthesia Leadership & Culture
Our hospital anesthesia team is led by Anesthesia Department Chair Dr. Matthew Radimer, with Erica Itnyre serving as Chief CRNA and James Roupe serving as Vice Chief CRNA. The leadership team is focused on maintaining a collaborative, provider-centered culture while expanding anesthesia coverage to support continued surgical and procedural growth.

Qualifications

• CRNAs are an integral part of the clinical team and have opportunities to maintain and expand skills in: Regional blocks, Spinals, Epidurals.

About Meritus Medical Center

• A 300+ bed Level III Trauma Center serving Western Maryland and the surrounding region.
• Advanced, state-of-the-art anesthesia technology, EPIC electronic medical record, EPIC training for incoming providers, Streamlined credentialing, typically approximately 30–60 days.
• Broad hospital-based surgical and procedural case mix, including: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Urology, GI/Endoscopy, Cath Lab, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology.
• Substantial obstetric anesthesia experience and opportunities for epidurals, spinals, and other obstetric anesthesia care.
• Multispecialty ambulatory surgery center, dedicated GI/Endoscopy facility, new urology-focused location with an anticipated opening in early 2027.

Joining the PRN team now allows providers to complete credentialing and participate in current coverage opportunities while positioning themselves for additional Hospital and ASC shifts as the network expands.

Pay

• Weekdays, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM: $200/hour
• Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM: $225/hour
• Weekends: $225/hour
