About the role

The role of a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) is critical in providing anesthesia care during surgical procedures. Our team works closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary to maintain optimal conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and families, ensuring they understand the anesthesia process and postoperative care instructions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• A current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Ohio.
• At least 3 years of experience in anesthesia nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CRNA program.
• Experience with anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of pharmacology and physiology relevant to anesthesia administration.

Pay

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually.
