About the role

This Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position provides comprehensive anesthesia services in a busy surgical facility handling diverse case types, including pain management, ENT, orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, and obstetrics.

The role operates under an autonomous staffing model with no hands-on supervision required. You will manage day shift cases from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, provide first call coverage with a 30-minute response time, and assist with second call until 3:00 PM. After hours, you must remain within 30 minutes of the facility.

The patient load varies and includes all age groups, with a focus on delivering quality care and supporting efficient onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures, including pain management, ENT, orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, and obstetrics.
• Manage day shift cases autonomously from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Provide first call coverage with a 30-minute response requirement.
• Assist with second call coverage until 3:00 PM.
• Remain within 30 minutes of the facility after hours.
• Exercise prescriptive authority as needed.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
