About the role

Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient setting under physician supervision during day shifts. The role involves supervised practice with no prescriptive authority and no hands-on responsibilities, operating within a supervision model. No call coverage is required, and the workload varies with case loads per day and patient ages all-inclusive.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia under supervision
• Support perioperative workflows
• Ensure patient safety and quality care
• Work during scheduled day shifts without call responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be a board-certified CRNA
• Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures and patient care across all ages
• Ability to work independently within a supervised environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
