CRNA - Locum Tenens Coverage

We are seeking a certified CRNA to provide autonomous anesthesia care in a community-focused medical center serving adult patients across various surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, plastics, radiology, and vascular procedures. The role involves conducting pre-operative assessments, managing intraoperative anesthesia, and overseeing post-operative recovery, adhering to quality and safety protocols. Candidates must hold board certification and Arizona licensure, with experience in adult cases; pediatric, cardiac, and transplant cases are excluded. The position offers flexible scheduling, including day and night shifts, call duties (negotiable), and on-site work within an all-CRNA practice model. Key responsibilities include managing complex cases independently while collaborating with the perioperative team. The role emphasizes autonomous practice with minimal supervision, supporting a diverse surgical caseload and maintaining high-quality patient care.
