About the role
We are seeking a certified CRNA to provide anesthesia services in a busy operating room environment. This role involves working under physician supervision during day shifts in a facility equipped with 6 ORs and a collaborative anesthesia team of MDs and CRNAs. The position requires full hands-on involvement (100%) and is supported by a team of 7 MDs and 11 CRNAs.
Responsibilities
- Providing anesthesia services during scheduled day shifts
- Supporting perioperative workflows to ensure quality patient care
- Managing cases across different surgical specialties, including orthopedic, ENT, pediatric, and eye surgeries
- Serving patients of all ages
- Working within a physician-supervised model in an on-site setting
Requirements
- Board certification as a CRNA
- Experience with a variety of surgical cases
- Ability to work independently under supervision
- Strong collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
