About the role
Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for ongoing locum tenens coverage at a short-term acute care facility in Gloucester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services during day shifts for various procedures including endoscopy, orthopedic, ophthalmology, general, urology, vascular, GYN, and ENT surgeries. Key duties include:
- Administering anesthesia across multiple specialties
- Working day shifts
- Supporting the facility's anesthesia department without call responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
Board certification is negotiable; prescriptive authority required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Work Environment
On-site operating room setting with other supervision/medical direction, but no hands-on supervision required.
