About the role
This role is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing autonomous anesthesia services in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage general, endoscopy, podiatry, and obstetric cases during day shifts, with support from a team of 6 CRNAs.
- Deliver quality patient care across diverse surgical specialties.
- Maintain autonomy in practice.
- Handle pre- and post-operative care as needed.
- Serve patients of all ages.
Requirements
- Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Prescriptive authority.
Work Environment
- On-site in a community hospital setting.
- Collaborative team environment.
- Primarily weekday shifts.
- Negotiable call coverage, including occasional weekends.
- No hands-on supervision; emphasis on autonomous practice.
