CRNA - Locum Coverage

About the role

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) delivering comprehensive anesthesia services in an autonomous practice model within a small hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload, including routine surgical, regional blocks, and occasional obstetric or ENT procedures during day shifts.
• Work within a collaborative perioperative team, supporting smooth workflows and efficient patient care.
• Provide anesthesia coverage with structured call duties, responding within 30 minutes when scheduled.
• Operate independently with no prescriptive authority needed, supporting adult patient populations.

Key Duties

• Deliver anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Manage cases with a supportive staff including nursing, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
• Participate in call coverage with a quick response time.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Board certification is mandatory.
• Strong autonomous practice skills and ability to handle a varied case load.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule

Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with structured call duties.
