About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our thriving outpatient endoscopy center in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This opportunity offers independent practice within a modern ambulatory setting, working alongside a highly experienced team of physicians and clinical professionals to deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and efficient anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
  • Manage all aspects of airway management and anesthesia administration
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
  • Oversee emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
