About the role
Broward Health Imperial Point is a centrally located, 24/7 acute-care hospital operating under the Broward Health system. With a bed capacity of around 204, it offers personalized, “boutique-style” care across numerous specialties—including orthopedic and spine surgery, interventional oncology and radiology, wound care and hyperbaric medicine, digestive health, men’s health, behavioral health, and primary stroke services. Responsibilities
- Scheduling and staffing oversight
- Aiding with recruitment efforts including interviews
- Serving as the liaison with hospital leadership
- Overseeing onboarding and orientation of new hires
Requirements
- No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
- Anesthesia Care Team Model: 6 Anesthesiologists & 10 APPs
- Case Mix Includes: General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 5 years of CRNA experience
- Experience working in an academic medical center setting preferred
Benefits
- $150,000 Start Date Bonus plus Relocation Bonus
- Annual Case Volume: approximately 7,000
