About the role
Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia care in a top-tier, Magnet-recognized hospital. Full-time position with an updated minimal call schedule: call is from home with a 30‑minute requirement, rarely overnight. Collaborate with supportive physicians and patient‑focused leadership, enjoy a work/life balance with guaranteed paid post‑call day off and home‑based call, and engage in a variety of case types across multiple hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in professional development
- Deliver direct patient care
- Document procedures
- Review lab data
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Provide coverage in operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy, cath and interventional labs, and MRI services
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing
- At least 2 years of experience (or no experience for new graduates)
- Valid RN and CRNA certification
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing
Pay
Base salary starting at $243,500 (varies by experience). Additional pay for call and extra hours. Sign‑on bonus of $30,000 and an advanced sign‑on bonus option of $1,500/month for students. Annual call bonus of $15,000 and eligibility for annual merits.
