About the role

CRNAs will work under the supervision of our Attending Anesthesiologists and will administer, monitor and manage patient care before and after anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia
• Monitor patients post-anesthesia
• Manage patient care before and after anesthesia

Requirements

• Current licensure as a CRNA in Massachusetts
• Experience in anesthesia administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Current certification as a CRNA

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $260,000 - $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, academic rank, relevant experience, education, internal equity.
