Description
Norwalk Hospital, affiliated with Nuvance Health (formerly Western Connecticut Health Network) is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join their employed medical group at their Norwalk Hospital location in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut.
About the Role
This position includes some cross coverage to Danbury and New Milford Hospitals. Per Diem opportunities are also available. Our highly experienced team provides 24/7 coverage. Cases include spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers
- Manage pain management and postoperative care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Current certification as a CRNA
- License to practice in Connecticut
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency in anesthesia administration

Pay
$129.07-$143.68/hr. commensurate or relative to experience. $180/hour for per diem.
