Evolve Anesthesia and Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists—the leading orthopedic practice in Central New York—is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our state-of-the-art ambulatory facility, Specialists One-Day Surgery Center in North Syracuse, NY.

Pay

• Base Salary: $300,000 – $340,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40/week

Schedule

• Flexible Shift Options: 8 or 10-hour shifts
• No Call Requirements
• No Weekends
• 8 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
• 7.5 Paid Holidays annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a range of orthopedic procedures
• Monitor and adjust anesthesia to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical staff in a streamlined ASC setting

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active New York State nursing license
