About the Role

BJC HealthCare is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a highly respected Magnet-Recognized hospital located in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position offers a minimal call schedule, with call taken from home and a 30-minute response requirement. Second call is rarely activated overnight. New graduates are welcome, with advanced sign-on bonuses available for students.

Pay

• Base salary starts at $243,500 for new graduates (salary varies based on CRNA experience).
• Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000.
• Advanced sign-on bonus option for students: $1,500/month.
• Annual call bonus of $15,000 for taking call.

Responsibilities

• Participates in professional development.
• Provides direct patient care and documents care given.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws related to anesthesia services.
• Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's in Nursing.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing.
