BJC HealthCare is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a Magnet-Recognized hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities
- Participates in professional development
- Provides direct patient care and documents care given
- Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services
- Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, no experience needed
- Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, supervisor experience
Qualifications
- Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures

Pay
$243,500.00 base salary for new graduates, with additional call bonuses and sign-on bonuses available.
Schedule
Call taking position from home with a 30-minute call requirement. 2nd call rarely called in overnight. Guaranteed paid post-call day off.
