Dartmouth Health’s Department of Anesthesiology is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team in the Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC). Located in the beautiful Upper Valley of New Hampshire, you’ll practice in a focused, fast-paced ambulatory setting that prioritizes efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality care.

In the OSC, CRNAs deliver anesthesia for a variety of same-day surgical procedures, working closely with a collaborative, team-oriented group of surgeons, nurses, and support staff. This setting offers a predictable case mix, streamlined workflows, and an emphasis on patient throughput and safety. This is an ideal opportunity for CRNAs seeking a more structured schedule and strong work-life balance, while still maintaining clinical excellence and autonomy.

Practice Details

• Practice exclusively in a high-efficiency Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) focused on same-day procedures
• Deliver anesthesia for a variety of ambulatory surgeries across multiple specialties
• Work in a streamlined environment designed for safety, efficiency, and optimal patient flow
• Collaborate closely with experienced surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff in a team-based model
• Personalized and flexible scheduling, including various shift types, to accommodate varying lifestyles
• No weekend or call requirements
• Teaching opportunities with SRNA clinical rotations and resident training programs
• Supportive, friendly, and caring work culture

Benefits

• Salary tiers starting at $259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience
• $25,000 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of your start date
• Up to $15,000 relocation bonus (based on mileage), paid within 30 days of your start date
• $50,000 loan forgiveness program — or instead, you can choose to receive a $25,000 retention bonus at year 1 and $25,000 at year 2
• Option to pick up extra shifts at premium rates at $254/hr
• Day-one health, dental, and vision coverage

• All licenses and certifications are reimbursed, in addition to a biennial CME stipend
• Weekly educational opportunities for CE credits

• Current New Hampshire RN and APRN licenses
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from NBCRNA
• Eligible for DEA License
