About the Role
Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Experienced CRNAs preferred. Compensation is a $335K annual package, broken down to $185 per hour. No call, no weekends, and no CV or OB cases—general plus Endo cases only.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a state-of-the-art 30-bed facility with 4 ORs.
- Work 10-hour day shifts (7 AM–5 PM) with no call or weekend requirements.
- Manage approximately 2,500 predicted annual cases.

The role is based at Mount Carmel Dublin, a brand-new surgical hospital in Dublin, Ohio.
