Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Interpret tests and prescribe medications
- Mentor Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs)
- Manage team scheduling
- Conduct performance reviews
- Manage Human Resources
- Foster a collaborative work environment
- Support departmental growth, retention, and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with hospital leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRNA experience
- Led a team of CRNAs preferred
- Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Certifications: CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for Obstetrics (OB)
