Position Overview: A leadership role for an experienced CRNA to manage and support a team of CRNAs within an anesthesia care department. Key Responsibilities: Lead a large team of CRNAs, oversee clinical patient management, assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, interpret tests, prescribe medications, and contribute to research and education of SRNAs. Foster a collaborative and communicative environment with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care. Review and manage team schedules, conduct performance evaluations, lead meetings, and collaborate with hospital leadership to develop the team. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5+ years of CRNA experience, with leadership experience preferred. Current Board Certification, Arizona CRNA License or eligibility, and up-to-date CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience in OB epidural and spinal anesthesia, and ability to perform a broad scope of anesthesia services within a team model. Additional Details: Compensation includes a base salary plus incentives, with a mix of clinical and leadership duties.
