CRNA - Anesthesiology

Position Overview

A leadership role for an experienced CRNA to manage and support a team of CRNAs within an anesthesia care department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of CRNAs
• Oversee clinical patient management
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Interpret tests
• Prescribe medications
• Contribute to research and education of SRNAs
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care
• Review and manage team schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Lead meetings
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop the team

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of CRNA experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Current Board Certification
• Arizona CRNA License or eligibility
• Up-to-date CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in OB epidural and spinal anesthesia
• Ability to perform a broad scope of anesthesia services within a team model

Additional Details
