CRNA – Anesthesia & Pain Management | Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and pain management procedures. In this role, you will deliver anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and endoscopic interventions (60%), as well as support interventional pain management techniques such as epidurals and nerve blocks (40%).

Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia for scheduled and emergency cases
• Perform advanced pain techniques like epidural injections and nerve blocks
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, develop plans, and manage patients in PACU
• Exercise full-scope, independent practice within state and hospital regulations
• Adhere to AANA standards, safety, infection control, and legal regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Current RN and CRNA licensure in New Mexico
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience, including pain management expertise
• Proficiency in airway management, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and epidural techniques
