CRNA - Additional Coverage

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia care for outpatient gastroenterology procedures in a collaborative, modern facility. The role involves delivering comprehensive anesthesia services, including pre-operative evaluations, intraoperative management, and post-operative recovery, primarily using propofol sedation for endoscopies such as EGDs and colonoscopies.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative evaluations and assessments
• Administer and manage anesthesia during procedures, primarily propofol sedation
• Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout intraoperative care
• Oversee post-operative recovery
• Maintain high-quality anesthesia services for outpatient gastroenterology procedures

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Schedule

• Predictable day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM
• No call coverage required

Work Environment

• Autonomous practice with no hands-on supervision
• Supportive and collaborative team environment
• On-site role with no prescriptive authority required
• Case load varies; no night or weekend shifts
