CCI Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Astera Health – Wadena Clinic, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive clinical environment where collaboration among anesthesia providers, surgeons, and hospital leadership is central to patient care.

About the role

Practice in a collaborative rural hospital with modern facilities, handling diverse surgical cases within a supportive team setting. The position provides clinical autonomy, competitive compensation, and a balanced work-life schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing teams, and hospital leadership in a team-based environment
• Maintain meaningful involvement in patient care within a stable surgical program

Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Experience with spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Schedule

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, totaling 26 working weeks annually with 26 weeks off.

Pay

$300,000 annual compensation as an independent contractor.
