About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive clinical environment where collaboration among anesthesia providers, surgeons and hospital leadership is central to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a supportive clinical environment where collaboration among anesthesia providers, surgeons and hospital leadership is central to patient care.
• Follow a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, providing a consistent rhythm that balances clinical engagement with extended time away from work.

• Practice a broad range of clinical anesthesia in a modern facility while working within a small, collaborative team environment.
• Work closely with surgeons, nursing teams and hospital leadership in a setting where communication and teamwork are highly valued.

• Provide care in a modern facility designed to support efficient surgical care and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Experience in a rural or underserved area is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in diverse settings ranging from urban to rural areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including call schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in the state of Minnesota.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Experience in a rural or underserved area is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in diverse settings ranging from urban to rural areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including call schedules.
