About ShiftKey

ShiftKey is a platform disrupting the way healthcare facilities find licensed and certified professionals to fill available shifts. Leveraging marketplace dynamics and deep industry knowledge, the company plays a vital role in mitigating America’s healthcare staffing shortages by enabling direct connections between facilities and healthcare professionals. ShiftKey offers flexibility for professionals to work as much or as little as they choose, bringing more licensed workers back into the workforce and addressing a major crisis in healthcare.

About the Role

ShiftKey runs two revenue engines—SaaS and Marketplace—both on Salesforce, but they currently don’t integrate cleanly. This role serves as the shared-services layer ensuring SaaS quoting and opportunity support run smoothly while acting as the gatekeeper for CRM data hygiene across both platforms. Poor account data impacts pipeline forecasts, marketplace liquidity numbers, and leadership decisions based on dashboards. You’ll ensure data integrity to prevent these issues. Initially, the role leans SaaS-heavy, but it will shift toward an even split with Marketplace over time, so you’ll build that capability from day one.

Where You’ll Work

This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters. Onboarding and collaboration are face-to-face, so you’ll start on-site five days a week for your first few months. After ramp-up, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week (three days on-site).

Responsibilities

  • Manage SaaS quoting and end-to-end Salesforce opportunity support so reps can focus on selling instead of admin work.
  • Vet leads from campaigns, partners, and inbound inquiries to keep conversion rates and pipeline forecasts accurate.
  • Own the Data Integrity Dashboard—auditing, cleaning, and restructuring account and opportunity data, including deduplication and account hierarchy fixes.
  • Standardize territory, pipeline, and partner management processes across the sales org to eliminate inconsistencies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to untangle contracting snags and reduce friction in the quote-to-cash process.

Requirements

  • Real hands-on CRM experience—you’ve worked inside one, not just logged into one.
  • A track record of handling detail-heavy data work accurately, even at volume.
  • An analytical mindset—you connect data quality to business outcomes, not just record cleanliness.
  • A systems-builder’s instinct—you’d rather fix root causes than apply temporary patches.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate across sales, leadership, and data functions.
  • Background in sales support, sales operations, or a related business function.

Benefits

  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
  • Hybrid-friendly office spaces designed to be fun and engaging.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage (benefits begin on your first day).
  • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
  • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
