Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM strategy and roadmap to support business objectives.
- Define and prioritize CRM capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Service, and Operations to improve customer experience.
- Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Promote CRM adoption through training, support, and change management.
- Monitor CRM effectiveness and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the CRM business owner and advocate for customer-centric processes.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms to support business processes, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and sales processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience defining business requirements, process improvements, and adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and business performance metrics.
- Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and perform essential duties satisfactorily.
