CRM Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a CRM Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, providing user training and support Drive CRM data quality and compliance through audits and reporting Own regional CRM governance and data accuracy Partner with Sales Leadership to support Funnel Management and sales effectiveness initiatives Support CRM enhancements and analytics through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field 3+ years of experience in sales, Commercial Excellence, and analytics with CRM Proven experience with Sales Funnel Management and Sales Effectiveness KPIs Familiarity with sales tools and standard processes Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits Comprehensive health care programs Paid time off for work-life balance 401(k) retirement plan for financial security Remote work flexibility for eligible positions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
